POWER PACK  

Jump start your mornings with this powerful, energizing workout. Expect the unexpected as each session delivers a different, 
action-packed fitness experience.

 

CARDIO BLAST  

A high energy interval training class inspired by high intensity aerobics with lots of lower intensity options offered. Move your body to the music, find your rhythm and push through to the end!

 

PUMP IT  

Muscular strength and endurance building exercises to tone your body. Use resistance bands, weights, body bars and more to sculpt a fiercely fitter you.

 

TRIPLE THREAT  

20 minutes of extreme interval training, 20 minutes of muscular strength building and 20 minutes of core and more. Triple the FUN!

 

SUPER CIRCUIT  

Work up a sweat with a 
variety of strength, endurance and cardio circuits to keep your mind and body moving.

KICKBOXING

Join Sonja for a fitness kickboxing class that will get you moving, sweating and having a blast! A blend of shadow boxing & individual work with gloves, focus pads & partner drills, this class will  give you a great mix of cardio and strength training and does not require any previous kickboxing experience! 

Tuesdays 12-1pm  or 4:45-5:45pm
Session #1  Jan 13 - Feb 17 (6 classes) 
Session # 2 Feb 24 - Mar 31 (6 classes)

CARDIO BOOTCAMP

Join Rachel for a heart pumping, sweat inducing hour of fast paced, crazy fun cardio! The focus of this class is simple and solid moves that will provide a challenge to people at all levels of fitness. No experience necessary, just a desire to move, work hard and have fun!

Thursday 6-7pm  
Session #1  Jan 15 - Feb 19 (6 classes) 
Session # 2 Feb 26 - Apr 2 (6 classes)
 
Cost per session: $60

 

FUSION FITNESS

This class will blend the best of East & West by providing a fusion of Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates. Rachel will guide you through this class that will help build strength, flexibility and balance. No experience necessary.

Thursday 7:10-8pm  
Session #1  Jan 15 - Feb 19 (6 classes) 
Session # 2 Feb 26 - Apr 2 (6 classes) 

Cost per session: $55

 

COMBO CLASS

Try a combo class for a bit of everything and a great deal! Register for the Thursday night Cardio Bootcamp and Fusion Fitness class and pay only $95 to attend both classes for the entire session!
